Established in 2008, Bolu is a family restaurant that was curated to emphasize the importance of healthy eating without compromising taste or quality.

We make many of our menu items from scratch, virtually eliminating all processed foods. We have spent many years refining our ingredients to source only the purest Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Non – GMO flour that is free of glyphosate, organic ingredients and local farms to create a flavorful healthy dining experience.

Bolu offers a full range of gluten free items.  Any of our small pizzas can be ordered with a gluten free crust and most pastas can be substituted for gluten free penne.
